Links placed in existing content through creative outreach methods and partnerships.

Some brands we’ve worked with include:

Our approach

A minute to learn, a lifetime to master. The subtle nuances of successful outreach seem to elude countless marketers across the globe. Most website owners these days are inundated with emails asking for SEO favours on a daily basis. Even popular outreach strategies like the Skyscraper Technique have been exhausted to the point of being ineffective. Standing out today is to be original. To be different. This is why we don’t publicly share our outreach methods.

If you’ve got content worth shouting about, we can help you get the exposure (and links of course) it deserves through our creative outreach service. We create tailored campaigns for your projects and reach out to relevant websites to secure contextual placements on high-value pages.

We take a contrarian approach to our campaigns, avoiding the templates we’re all familiar with and using our years of battle-tested outreach experience (mostly just sending awful emails) to create campaigns that simply work.

We also use our network of contacts (built through our exclusive community) to help you land epic links that cannot be bought. This is done through a relationship-based approach.

Right now, this service only works if you’ve got thorough, long-form content to promote. We can’t take on campaigns that promote thin content, product, or service pages.

Benefits

Custom campaign

Outreach is part art, part science. We actively avoid the templates shared by popular SEO’s and content marketers. Instead, we use the principles of great outreach to craft custom campaigns for your project. These work because they’re personalised, genuine and unique. We identify suitable target sites and reach out to people manually.

Unmatched quality

We focus on links that are DR40+ across all services we provide (with some exceptions). Most of the sites we target are DR60+. Further, we prioritise pages with a high UR metric (page-level authority) for outreach links. This is a powerful strategy often overlooked by content marketers and SEOs.

Exclusive opportunities

Established relationships with hundreds of content-savvy brands, bloggers and site admins give us access to dream-tier opportunities that can only be sourced if you know the right people.

Frequently asked questions

I run an agency, how do I order for multiple clients?2021-10-05T16:53:41+00:00

The best way to order for multiple clients is to complete separate orders for each one through the order form we send you. This way you can pick a plan to suit your clients’ needs and specify their target URL’s and keywords separately. This also allows for easier tracking and reporting since you’ll have access to our order portal with your client’s orders listed separately. If you’re looking to order multiple services for multiple clients, we’re happy to negotiate a package deal for you. Simply reach out to [email protected] and we’ll go from there!

Is there a minimum commitment period?2021-10-05T16:54:09+00:00

No minimum commitment periods, cancel anytime. We know this works and we’re excited for you to try it out for yourself without being tied down.

I need links for a product page, can you promote that?2021-10-05T17:00:33+00:00

We can’t take on campaigns that focus on product or service page links, since these require a completely different approach and almost always involve a large upfront fee for placement on the target site. Right now we’re focusing on efforts on landing links to high-quality informational content. A powerful internal linking strategy and optimised site structure can still work wonders for product pages that don’t have many direct off-page links.

You say DR40 and above, can you elaborate on that?2022-07-21T08:27:00+00:00

Since we don’t use a sliding scale for pricing, everything is incorporated into one monthly package with the minimum DR metric. This keeps things simple on our side and gives us more flexibility when reaching out to sites. As you know, a natural link profile consists of links from a range of sites. The links we land contain a random mix of DR, based on the project and the sites we reach out to. This can differ slightly, month to month – we always try to land links on the highest quality sites possible for your campaign. Further, we know that DR works as a general guideline for authority as opposed to a hard and fast rule. For example, sometimes we may go below DR40 for a link if we see the site is quality and passes all our criteria.

What if my content is average?2021-10-05T17:10:50+00:00

If your content is average or below average, it’ll simply be harder for us to land links for you when reaching out. We can still take on your project (subject to reviewing your content) but it may take longer to turn around your reports as fewer sites publish links to your page.

What’s the difference between UR and DR?2021-10-05T17:36:49+00:00

UR and DR are both metrics that ahrefs uses to determine the power of pages and domain-level authority. We use ahrefs metrics because we’ve found them to be most accurate in working out the value of a page or domain from an SEO standpoint. UR (short for URL rating) works out the power of a specific page. Pages with a high UR have the strongest correlation to 1st-page rankings in Google. In short – links from high UR pages move the needle. For more info on UR, check out this article.

What does “strategic use of anchor text” mean exactly?2021-10-05T16:49:58+00:00

The correct use of anchor text is one of the most underestimated aspects of off-site SEO. To this day, many marketers rely far too much on exact match keywords, diluting the power of their links and even risking link spam penalties. We understand Google’s smarts in getting the context surrounding link placements. The text around the link is as important as the link itself. That’s why we strategically use various forms of anchor text to minimize risk and maximize gains. We incorporate various forms of anchor text into your campaigns, from generic to partial match, branded, naked and empty (for image links). We use exact match extremely sparingly.

What type of content can you link to?2021-10-05T16:50:55+00:00

The sites we pitch can be pretty strict about the links they allow in content. With this in mind, it’s difficult to get links directly to product or service pages (herd links work better for these). The majority of our clients promote high-quality informational content that can be linked easily as a great resource from relevant blog posts.

Reporting & order management

How do you handle reporting?2021-09-07T16:47:06+00:00

Our reporting system is simple but effective. We use Google Sheets and PDF reports to send your monthly project updates. Both of these are useful and serve a specific purpose. The sheet trackers provide live, 24/7 visibility over your campaigns. These sheets are automatically updated from our master spreadsheets as we land links for your campaign(s) in real-time. They’re well structured and provide easy sorting for links between billing periods too.

Our PDF reports are a lot easier on the eye than spreadsheets. They present your project data in a visually appealing way, making them ideal for internal marketing meetings, passing on to your team members…etc. As with any PDF, they’re easy to store, download and copy for various use-cases.

How do I receive my reports?2021-09-07T16:55:32+00:00

When you submit your order for the first time, you automatically create an account with our order management portal. This portal allows you to access your order(s) through a simple online dashboard. Within your order page, you can view the current status, recent updates, and all historical email communication between us — all in one place! Your monthly reports (PDF and tracker sheet link) are emailed across to you through our portal. This way, your report updates automatically append to your order page (as well as being emailed to you) for easy access at your convenience.

What if there’s a problem with one of my orders?2021-09-07T17:02:37+00:00

We’ll do our best to fix it for you. Simple. We’re all human here. Sometimes we make mistakes! You can simply respond to any of your previous order emails from us and it’ll get automatically appended to your account. Or you can log in to the portal and send us a message from the relevant order page.

Payments & subscriptions

How do the payments work?2021-09-13T09:52:06+00:00

We use Stripe integrated with our order management portal called SPP. This allows us to combine your project data and payment details in one simple form. Stripe is one of the most secure and well-known payment processing systems. We accept all major credit and debit cards. After each successful payment, you will receive an email receipt with a PDF invoice attached to your designated email.

Do payments come out automatically?2021-09-13T09:52:28+00:00

Yes, they do! Our services work on a recurring subscription model. In some cases, we will pause your renewal on our side. For example, if there was a delay in getting your order to you for any reason. In this case, we’ll let you know we’ve paused your subscription and give you a heads up on the renewal date after we’ve sent out your report. Typically this will be around 3 working days after we’ve fulfilled your services for a given monthly billing period.

What if I want to cancel?2021-09-13T09:53:23+00:00

We don’t believe in locking in clients to contracts and commitment periods. Though the majority of our clients stick with us for at least 6 months. If you aren’t happy with the service we’re providing, you can cancel anytime!
