Guest Posting Service that Lands you Real Authority Links ✅2025-03-27T15:28:17+00:00

Guest posting service that lands you real authority links ✅

Most guest post services sell easy-to-buy links on sites that Google laughs at and SEOs regret. We use handcrafted, manual outreach to secure authority backlinks with legitimate, high-trust brands—links that actually move the needle for your business.

Some brands we’ve worked with include:

Printify client
Writecream client
Thena client
Sendible client
Paperbell client
Breezit client
Paperform client
Sender.net client
Quantic.edu client
Oneupapp client
SocialPilot client
Red Stag Fulfillment client

Some brands we’ve worked with include:

Printify, Writecream, Thena.ai, Paperform, Sender.net, Quantic.edu - growth partners clients
Sendible, Paperbell, Breezit, Oneup, Socialpilot and Red Stag Fulfillment GPM clients.

Guest posting still works—unless you do it like everyone else.

Guest posting is still one of the most powerful ways to rank higher on Google—if you’re doing it right. The problem? Most ‘guest post services’ aren’t real agencies. They’re link vendors that sell backlinks on spam-ridden sites that exist purely for link placement. These aren’t guest posts. They’re SEO landmines.

A link vendor is essentially a marketplace where you can directly buy links. It’s not a guest post outreach service.

We’ve scraped thousands of sites from these providers and put them through our 15-point qualification criteria, 4% of sites qualified. This was on the best platform from the bunch.

The truth is that Google sees right through these sites. And when the next algorithm update rolls in? Prepare for bloodshed.

Here’s a comparison of how we structure our guest posting packages compared to typical agencies and link vendors:

Feature Growth Partners Media 🔥 Typical Guest Post Agencies ⚖️ Link Vendors 💩
Outreach Method 100% manual, real relationships Semi-automated, templated outreach None. Links are pre-negotiated and bought
Site Selection Vetted DR60+ real businesses DR20+ sites with questionable authority Open list of link farm sites
Placement Type In-content, natural editorial links In-content, but often lower quality In-content, but often lower quality
Content Quality 1500-4000 word, PR-grade articles 800-1200 word outsourced content 500-800 word AI-generated fluff
Link Risk Google-safe, earns trust over time Medium risk—links may degrade over time High risk of devaluation or penalties
Customization Tailored for your industry & strategy Basic customization, usually nothing special One-size-fits-all, no personalization
Long-Term Value Links grow in authority over time Some longevity, but mixed quality Links get weaker as sites become link farms
Pricing Transparent, ROI-driven pricing Varies, often overpriced for mid-tier sites Pay per link, often the most expensive option

Rate the strength of your guest post 🔗

Adjust the settings below to see how strong or weak a guest post is for SEO.

Your Guest Post Score: 200/500 😐

❌ Your guest post is Average at best! Time to level up. 🚀

Not all guest posting services are created equal—and most agencies don’t want you to know that.

The Guest Post Strength Calculator shows you how the devil is in the details and covers a small part of our QA process.

A weak guest post gives you a backlink—and not much else. A strong guest post drives rankings, increases traffic, boosts your E-E-A-T, and even helps you rank in LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

Most agencies? They’ll place your link on any site that will take it. We don’t play that game.

Instead we created the most rigorous 15-point qualification process in the industry:

Real traffic checks – No more deadweight links on sites with fake DR numbers.
Manual spam & content quality review – Because AI-generated fluff won’t cut it.
Relevance scoring – Contextual placements that actually impact rankings.
Zero link farms, PBNs, or pay-to-play networks – We’d rather send backlinks to the sun than touch those.
No sponsored posts or “write for us” – Content labeled “sponsored” or sites with prominent write for us sections have little SEO value.

And 10 other deep-dive qualification metrics we won’t bore you with. Just know this: we reject 95% of sites other agencies would happily use.

How it works

From onboarding at the start, to reporting at the end of your billing period — our guest blog posting service is broken down into a 4-step process.

preparation breakdown for guest blog posting service
execution breakdown for guest post outreach service
reporting breakdown for guest blogging service

Most cold emails get ignored. Ours get ❤️ letters.

Most outreach emails are ignored—or worse, marked as spam and get an angry reply. Ours? They get marketing teams raving about them. That’s why we land links on sites that others can’t with our guest post outreach service.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum commitment period?2021-10-05T16:54:09+00:00

No minimum commitment periods, cancel anytime. We know this works and we’re excited for you to try it out for yourself without being tied down.

What does “strategic use of anchor text” mean exactly?2021-10-05T16:49:58+00:00

The correct use of anchor text is one of the most underestimated aspects of off-site SEO. To this day, many marketers rely far too much on exact match keywords, diluting the power of their links and even risking link spam penalties. We understand Google’s smarts in getting the context surrounding link placements. The text around the link is as important as the link itself. That’s why we strategically use various forms of anchor text to minimize risk and maximize gains. We incorporate various forms of anchor text into your campaigns, from generic to partial match, branded, naked and empty (for image links). We use exact match extremely sparingly.

How long does it take for links to go live?2021-09-14T08:59:43+00:00

We help you land links on some of the most authoritative sites on the web. The caveat to this is many of these sites have strict editorial schedules, meaning it can take quite some time for a post to go live. There’s no hard and fast rule on time for your posts to be published. Sometimes it can take 24 hours, for other sites it can take 60 days.

Do your guest posts contain author boxes or say sponsored content?2021-09-14T10:42:14+00:00

None of our content is labelled as sponsored. We actively check for this before pitching a website. In some cases, author boxes will be used, in others, they won’t. We use avatars for author boxes, this could be a real-life person in our content team or a fictional persona we create for a given campaign.

What type of content can you link to?2021-10-05T16:50:55+00:00

The sites we pitch can be pretty strict about the links they allow in content. With this in mind, it’s difficult to get links directly to product or service pages (herd links work better for these). The majority of our clients promote high-quality informational content that can be linked easily as a great resource from relevant blog posts.

Are your guest post links dofollow?2021-09-14T10:48:20+00:00

Yes, they are all dofollow links!

Who writes the guest posts?2021-09-14T10:52:20+00:00

We have a small in-house team of rockstar writers that create our guest post content. They do an incredible job at creating insightful, actionable, entertaining articles.

What if my links get stripped from the article?2021-09-14T10:55:13+00:00

We always create a buffer to take into account links getting removed and posts getting rejected or taking too long. Basically, we land more links for you in case any of them don’t end up live for any reason.

Reporting & order management

How do you handle reporting?2021-09-07T16:47:06+00:00

Our reporting system is simple but effective. We use Google Sheets and PDF reports to send your monthly project updates. Both of these are useful and serve a specific purpose. The sheet trackers provide live, 24/7 visibility over your campaigns. These sheets are automatically updated from our master spreadsheets as we land links for your campaign(s) in real-time. They’re well structured and provide easy sorting for links between billing periods too.

Our PDF reports are a lot easier on the eye than spreadsheets. They present your project data in a visually appealing way, making them ideal for internal marketing meetings, passing on to your team members…etc. As with any PDF, they’re easy to store, download and copy for various use-cases.

How do I receive my reports?2021-09-07T16:55:32+00:00

When you submit your order for the first time, you automatically create an account with our order management portal. This portal allows you to access your order(s) through a simple online dashboard. Within your order page, you can view the current status, recent updates, and all historical email communication between us — all in one place! Your monthly reports (PDF and tracker sheet link) are emailed across to you through our portal. This way, your report updates automatically append to your order page (as well as being emailed to you) for easy access at your convenience.

What if there’s a problem with one of my orders?2021-09-07T17:02:37+00:00

We’ll do our best to fix it for you. Simple. We’re all human here. Sometimes we make mistakes! You can simply respond to any of your previous order emails from us and it’ll get automatically appended to your account. Or you can log in to the portal and send us a message from the relevant order page.

Payments & subscriptions

How do the payments work?2021-09-13T09:52:06+00:00

We use Stripe integrated with our order management portal called SPP. This allows us to combine your project data and payment details in one simple form. Stripe is one of the most secure and well-known payment processing systems. We accept all major credit and debit cards. After each successful payment, you will receive an email receipt with a PDF invoice attached to your designated email.

Do payments come out automatically?2021-09-13T09:52:28+00:00

Yes, they do! Our services work on a recurring subscription model. In some cases, we will pause your renewal on our side. For example, if there was a delay in getting your order to you for any reason. In this case, we’ll let you know we’ve paused your subscription and give you a heads up on the renewal date after we’ve sent out your report. Typically this will be around 3 working days after we’ve fulfilled your services for a given monthly billing period.

What if I want to cancel?2021-09-13T09:53:23+00:00

We don’t believe in locking in clients to contracts and commitment periods. Though the majority of our clients stick with us for at least 6 months. If you aren’t happy with the service we’re providing, you can cancel anytime!
