Q: What does "strategic use of anchor text" mean exactly?

The correct use of anchor text is one of the most underestimated aspects of off-site SEO. To this day, many marketers rely far too much on exact match keywords, diluting the power of their links and even risking link spam penalties. We understand Google's smarts in getting the context surrounding link placements. The text around the link is as important as the link itself. That's why we strategically use various forms of anchor text to minimize risk and maximize gains. We incorporate various forms of anchor text into your campaigns, from generic to partial match, branded, naked and empty (for image links). We use exact match extremely sparingly.

Q: What if there's a problem with one of my orders?

We'll do our best to fix it for you. Simple. We're all human here. Sometimes we make mistakes! You can simply respond to any of your previous order emails from us and it'll get automatically appended to your account. Or you can log in to the portal and send us a message from the relevant order page.

When you submit your order for the first time, you automatically create an account with our order management portal. This portal allows you to access your order(s) through a simple online dashboard. Within your order page, you can view the current status, recent updates, and all historical email communication between us -- all in one place! Your monthly reports (PDF and tracker sheet link) are emailed across to you through our portal. This way, your report updates automatically append to your order page (as well as being emailed to you) for easy access at your convenience.

Q: How do you handle reporting?

Our reporting system is simple but effective. We use Google Sheets and PDF reports to send your monthly project updates. Both of these are useful and serve a specific purpose. The sheet trackers provide live, 24/7 visibility over your campaigns. These sheets are automatically updated from our master spreadsheets as we land links for your campaign(s) in real-time. They're well structured and provide easy sorting for links between billing periods too. Our PDF reports are a lot easier on the eye than spreadsheets. They present your project data in a visually appealing way, making them ideal for internal marketing meetings, passing on to your team members...etc. As with any PDF, they're easy to store, download and copy for various use-cases.

Q: Do payments come out automatically?

Yes, they do! Our services work on a recurring subscription model. In some cases, we will pause your renewal on our side. For example, if there was a delay in getting your order to you for any reason. In this case, we'll let you know we've paused your subscription and give you a heads up on the renewal date after we've sent out your report. Typically this will be around 3 working days after we've fulfilled your services for a given monthly billing period.

Q: What if I want to cancel?

We don't believe in locking in clients to contracts and commitment periods. Though the majority of our clients stick with us for at least 6 months. If you aren't happy with the service we're providing, you can cancel anytime!
